Main Residence
 
Living Room 1

The main living space consists of living, dining and kitchen areas that open up to each other, framed by expansive views of the water on the western side and charming views of the courtyard on the east.

 

Living Room 2

Central to the living area is a massive brick fireplace inspired by the one in FLW's Meyer-May House in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Kitchen 1

The Kitchen features stainless steel appliances including a 4 burner Viking range with a 24" griddle.

 
Kitchen 2

Deep green granite countertops are offset by a back splash of Motawi art tiles. There are two Fisher & Paykel "dish-drawer" dishwashers on either side of the farmhouse sink.

 

Dining Room

The dining area features two built-in granite-top credenzas and a desk for a kitchen computer.

 
Master bedroom

The master suite consists of bedroom, master bath and two walk-in closets. The doors on the left lead to a private waterfront balcony. The right-hand doors lead to a deck where the 10 person hot tub is located, as well as access to the pool deck. The 42" HD LCD television is driven by a dedicated home theater installation including a surround-sound amplifier and Blu-Ray DVD player located in one of the walk-in closets. All are controlled by a single wi-fi Crestron remote.

The master bath features marble tiles with embedded Motawi art tiles, a marble shower with multiple jets, and a jacuzzi tub.

 
Her Offcie

This office with all built-in oak furniture is located conveniently off the living area. The room can be shut off from the rest of the house via two sliding solid-oak pocket doors for greater privacy..

 

Guest Bedrrom 1

Two additional bedrooms are located at the opposite end of the house from the master suite for maximum privacy. The high clerestory type windows bring in additional light while preserving privacy. This bedroom has a direct waterview.

 

Guest Bedroom 2

Guests staying in this bedroom enjoy the 55" wall mounted HD LCD television.

 

Guest Bath

The guest bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and separate shower.
